Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons, sales events, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more before tax. This offer applies automatically — no coupon code needed. The free shipping promotion applies to standard shipping only within the United States.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging your crystals to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each crystal is individually wrapped in protective materials and placed in our signature packaging. Fragile items receive additional padding and insurance at no extra cost.
Our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind — we use recyclable and eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations and hope to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting the Orders section.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at VibeHigherNetLLC@gmail.com.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at VibeHigherNetLLC@gmail.com or call us at (913) 956-9348. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your crystals as quickly as possible.
All shipments include carrier insurance. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives with damaged items, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
